Cheating: create, use, make available and/or distribute cheats, exploits, automation software, robots, bots, hacks, spiders, spyware, scripts, trainers, extraction tools, mining or other software that interact with or affect the Facepunch Services in any way. Mods are OK as long as they follow these rules, the Fan Content Guidelines (www.facepunch.com/legal/ugc/) and the Modding Guidelines (www.facepunch.com/legal/modding).
Do not do anything to bypass a ban on our servers. Do not try to join with a different account.
Any attempt to do so will result in additional bans. If you were banned, wait it out!
Alternate accounts with Rust EAC Game Bans will result in the new account being banned.
Final discrection still falls on the administration team regarding all bans.
You are responsible for the security of your account and any associated bans placed on it.
It is encouraged that Everyone reads and understands the group limit rules before playing. This is a special rule set not shared by most Rust Communities, this is to provide a fun and fair group limit experience! Any questions please feel free to ask in Discord
Group Limits Rules
- Kill On Sight (KOS) Is required for any Raid, Decayed base or Base breach (entering someone else’s base or compound)
- Alliances / teaming / roaming with others outside your group limit is not allowed, this includes slaves, services!
- Authorized on any Tool Cupboards, turrets or code locks (includes guest codes) outside your group limit is not allowed!
- Giveaway, donating, trading or receiving bases with or without loot is not allowed. If you’re quitting or moving, let the base decay naturally
- Sharing any vehicle (including taxis) outside the server group limit is not allowed!
- Bagging players outside the server group limit is not allowed!
- All Trades Must be of similar value, (Ex. Rockets for a Rock) is not allowed! Trades must also be conducted via vending machine, outpost or shopfront. Nobody should enter your base at any time!
- Loot Drops or Donating loot is not allowed! This includes returning loot from a downed player.
- No allowing a player in your base or compound from anyone outside the group limit under any circumstances! If a trap base you must kill immediately!
- No Meta Gaming with players outside your group limit! (any communication outside the game)
- (DUO) Swapping player is not allowed, if a player leaves you are not to replace them for the wipe (month).

Special Notes on KOS & Chat
- The goal of this server isn’t to make it a PVP toxic kill on sight server! We want to help promote growth and a fun rust experience! You Don’t have to kill fresh spawns or everyone you run into while on the server. You can help players up that you downed outside KOS rules & Monuments!
- Being generally friendly to others in the community. This is encouraged. Ex. Giving new players/fresh basic tools (hatchet pickaxe) to help them and show them support and welcoming them to the server!
- Being friendly with your neighbors is ok, however you cannot make an alliance, defend from a raid, door camping, heli etc..
- Use of Global chat is allowed for friendly interaction, trades, calling out raids. And base locations. Any other use or global chat create an unfair advantage (base or loot donations.giveaways) is not allowed!
RR Final words (policy)
Organization wide banPlayers banned from one server will be banned from all servers.
Responsibility. You are responsible for knowing the rules. No excuses of, “I didn’t know!” will not be accepted.
Bottom Line: Rusty Rascals provides a group limit experience, If you are seen taking advantage of these server you will be banned!
Terms of Use: Rusty Rascals and its staff can reserve the right to deny anyone for playing on our servers for any reason not listed above!
- English Only In global chat (so our team can effectively moderate)
- No Doxing and admin/server flaming
- No hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexual preference, etc. This will be a 2D mute!
- No extreme toxicity, where players are impacting the entire server, is not allowed.
- No spamming the chat or promoting of ANY websites, discords, or servers outside RR network!
- Do not report hacking accusations or rule violations in public chat.
